Most of our work is with warehouses, factories, workshops, storage facilities, strata buildings and retail tenancies. Those doors get used hard, so we build for the cycle count rather than the cheapest option — the right curtain gauge, properly balanced springs, solid guides and a motor matched to the door's weight and daily use.
We also look after shutters we didn't install. If yours is running slow, jamming halfway, making new noises or has copped a forklift, we can diagnose it, quote the repair honestly and get it moving again. Where a shutter is past economical repair we'll tell you straight and price a replacement.

Frequently asked questions
How often should a commercial roller shutter be serviced?
At least once a year for a typical commercial shutter, and every six months for high-traffic industrial doors. Cycle count matters more than age — a door used fifty times a day wears far faster than one opened twice.
Can you repair a shutter you didn't install?
Yes. We service and repair most makes of roller shutter, including doors installed by other companies years ago.
My shutter stops halfway — what causes that?
Usually an obstruction or damage in the guides, a spring that has lost tension, a limit setting that has drifted, or a motor beginning to fail. We diagnose it on site before quoting.
Can an existing manual shutter be motorised?
Often yes, provided the curtain and guides are sound and there is room for the motor and control gear. We check the door first and tell you whether it is worth doing.
How long does an installation take?
A straightforward single shutter is usually a one-day job once the door has been manufactured. Larger multi-door installs are staged so your site keeps operating.
Do you repair impact damage from forklifts?
Regularly. Depending on the damage we straighten or replace slats, repair guides and brackets, and re-balance the door.
