New automation
Automate manual shutters, doors and gates where the door suits it.
Automation is what turns a door or gate into something your team barely has to think about. We fit and repair motors, remote controls, keypads, loop detectors and access systems on roller shutters, rapid doors, garage doors and gates across Sydney.
The important part is sizing. A motor that is under-specified for the door's weight or daily cycle count will run hot and fail early, so we match the drive to the actual door and how often it moves. We work with Grifco and Merlin systems, among others, and can supply replacement motors for most existing installations.
When automation misbehaves, the fault is often not the motor at all — it can be a limit setting, a safety device, a control board, wiring or a worn door that is loading the drive. We diagnose the cause first, then quote the repair, so you are not paying for parts you didn't need.

Start with the battery, then the receiver. If the door works from the wall button but not the remote, it is usually the remote or the receiver rather than the motor.

Most can, but the door has to be sound and correctly balanced first. Automating a worn door just transfers the problem to the motor.
Usually a single visit once the correct motor is on hand, including setting limits and testing safety devices.
Commonly a dirty or misaligned safety photocell, a force limit set too tight, or increased friction in the door itself.
Yes. We can add and program additional remotes, keypads and entry devices to most existing systems.
