New installations
Fabricate and install a gate sized and braced for the opening.
A gate has to suit the site it protects. We install and maintain sliding, swing and cantilever gates for industrial yards, factories, warehouses, commercial car parks and secure compounds throughout Sydney, and we make the call based on the space you have, how often the gate will cycle and how secure the boundary needs to be.
Sliding gates are the workhorse of industrial sites — strong, hard to force and they don't swing into the driveway. Swing gates suit tighter fence lines and lighter traffic. Cantilever designs keep the track off the ground where gravel and dirt would otherwise chew out the rollers.
Automation is where a good gate becomes a great one. We size the motor to the gate's weight and daily cycle count, and set up safety beams and access control so your team gets in and out quickly while everyone else stays out. We also service and repair existing gates, including motors, tracks, rollers and controls.

Sliding suits wide openings, heavy use and high security where there is room to run the gate back along the fence. Swing suits narrower entries with lighter traffic.
Usually. The gate needs to be square, running freely and strong enough for the motor. We check it and quote any preparation work honestly.
At a minimum photocells or safety beams across the opening and correctly set force limits, so the gate stops if a vehicle or person is in the way.
Usually worn rollers, a bent or dirty track, or a post that has moved. We find the cause rather than just lifting it back on.
Yes. We have our own welding and fabrication capability, so gates and repairs can be made to suit the site.
Annually for light use, every six months for a busy commercial or industrial entrance.
